At Timmer Essentials, every product is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Clear photos of the product

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
